Permitted Use

Logical Net grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Site solely for legitimate business, informational, and non-commercial purposes related to evaluating or engaging with Logical Net's services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logical Net's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Logical Net, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

Severability

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the Site and supersede prior website-related understandings or agreements.

Changes to These Terms

Logical Net reserves the right to update, revise, modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Site or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
